Homeowners in Churchill paid property taxes amounting to 0.2% of their home values in the fourth quarter of 2025, a figure that is under one-third of the national average, as reported by BlockShopper.com.

Data from the nine Churchill home sales during this period show a median sales price of $310,000. For 2025, the median tax bill in the city was $711, representing 0.2% of the median home value for properties taxed.

The U.S. average effective property tax rate stood at 0.888% in 2024.

Within Allegheny County, Russellton and Elizabeth had the two highest effective property tax rates.
