City of McKeesport recently issued the following announcement.
GPCFB: Drive-Up Food Distribution

MUST PRE-REGISTER! Reservations open four weeks before each distribution event and close at 5 p.m. the day before distribution. These events provide households with at least 50 pounds of food in one or more pre-packed boxes. Food is loaded into your trunk once you come through the distribution line.
