Library Author Talk: Historical Fiction Novelist Julie Tulba

Sat Dec 11th 1:00pm – 3:00pm (EST)

HomesteadIn-Person

Carnegie Library of Homestead, 510 E 10th Ave, Munhall, PA 15120, USA map

Local author Julie Tulba will be here to discuss her newest book, The Dead Are Resting, a work of historical fiction set against the dual backdrops of 1930s/1940s Berlin, Germany and modern-day Pittsburgh. It’s a book about family relationships and the lies people tell and the secrets they keep, all to keep that “delicate balance” going. She’s also the author of The Tears of Yesteryear, a coming of age novel set in early 1900s Homestead back when steel was king but life was anything but a royal dream for the thousands of immigrants who settled here.
You’ll have a chance to purchase a copy of her books as well!
