Allegheny Valley School issued the following announcement.
The Board of School Directors of the Allegheny Valley School District will convene a combined Planning and Voting Meeting for any and all business coming before the Board on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 7:00 p.m.
This meeting will be held via teleconference in consideration of the public health concerns and directives arising from the COVID 19 pandemic.
The information to call in and the pin number to enter the teleconference will be posted to our district website at www.avsdweb.org no later than 5:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting. The public is welcome to attend.
Hearing impaired/deaf stakeholders who would like to participate should send an e-mail, with their phone number and email address, to Dr. Patrick Graczyk at pgraczyk@avsd.k12.pa.us . Information to participate using closed captioning will be provided.
