Borough of East Pittsburgh recently issued the following announcement.
Take notice that the East Pittsburgh Borough Council will hold a public hearing during the regular council meeting on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at 7:00 pm at the East Pittsburgh Senior Center, 700 Grandview Ave, East Pittsburgh, PA 15112 and via remote videoconference to consider an ordinance to provide for regulation of yard sales and food trucks and summarized as follows:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF EAST PITTSBURGH, CHAPTER 283; ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS AND PERMITTING FOR YARD SALES AND FOOD TRUCKS; ESTABLISHING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS; EFFECTIVE DATE
Written comments may be submitted to epabrams@eastpittsburghboro.com. Instructions for remote participation will be posted on the Borough website. The full text of the Ordinance is available for review Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Borough Offices and on the Borough website www.eastpittsburghboro.com.
