Description: WASTE MANAGEMENT is the trash hauling and disposal service.

THURSDAY is Rankin’s pick-up day for curb collection. Please put your items out WEDNESDAY EVENING.

Holiday CAN/MAY affect your regular pick up schedule. If a holiday falls ON or AFTER a Waste Management observed holiday, your trash will be picked up on the Friday, however, there may be a delay on your pick-up time, but we will get to your service area as soon as possible.

Waste Management  provides curbside collection of unlimited household waste. This includes:

  • Normal household waste
  • Yard waste
  • Furniture
  • Bundle carpet cut in 4′ lengths and bundled
  • Appliance (refrigerants must be removed and appliance tagged by a certified removal service)
  • Brush, branches and tree limbs bundled and not exceeding 2″ in diameter and 4′ in lengths and bundled

Ordinance #399 mandates that all trash shall be stored in a closed container that is not visible from the front of each property, with the exception of pick-up day.
